In wake of the recently passed budget, concerns have been rising about the state of Wisconsin’s infrastructure, more specifically, it’s roads. One of Eau Claire’s main transportation services, Eau Claire Student Transit, depends on the quality of the roads for daily operations. This one business is not the only one affected by road conditions either, all citizens of Wisconsin are affected.
