National Police Week gives Chippewa Valley residents the opportunity to honor and thank local law enforcement.
This week is National Police Week and the Chippewa Valley is commemorating with a law enforcement memorial.
Aside from that, it’s a good time to appreciate the efforts of officers and, as Lt. Dave Riewestahl of Eau Claire County puts it, remember they are just like everyone else.
